Sony A7S Mark II Digital Video Camera

$3,239.99

The Sony A7S really changed the game when it came to small, accessible but high quality cameras. The picture quality is incredible. It’s low light performance is so impressive. It’s just an all around pleasure to use.

I don’t currently own one, so it’s not my everyday go-to camera, but if I did own one, it would be. Whenever I have to shoot a higher quality video, or a short film or corporate, I make an effort to borrow or hire one of these.

Yes, the A7S Mark 3 has been released, but I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, so I’m still recommending the Mark 2. It shoots in 4k. It shoots in 120fps. It shoots in LOG so you can really play with the colours and picture profiles in post production.

While it is about $3000 still, it’s probably going to be worth the cash.
